Security updates for Chrome 67

Google has released Chrome 67 (version 67.0.3396.62) for Windows, Mac and Linux OS. The update includes 34 security fixes that address numerous vulnerabilities that could allow a remote attacker to take control of a victim’s computer.

Nine of the flaws discovered by external security researchers were rated high severity.

Google continues to rollout its Site Isolation to a larger percentage of Chrome users via the Chrome 67 stable release.

“Site Isolation improves Chrome’s security and helps mitigate the risks posed by Spectre,” Google stated in the release update
