The Adobe September 2021 updates include fixes for Adobe Acrobat and Reader and 14 other products.

An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities and potentially take over impacted systems.

Adobe Acrobat and Reader

The Adobe Acrobat and Reader for Windows and macOS security update (APSB21-55) addresses 26 vulnerabilities, 13 of those rated Critical.

The Critical patches address multiple arbitrary code execution, memory leak and application denial-of-service vulnerabilities.

Coldfusion

Adobe also addressed two Critical vulnerabilities in ColdFusion versions 2021 and 2018 as part of APSB21-75. 

Each of the Critical issues (CVE-2021-40698 and CVE-2021-40699) could result in security feature bypass.
